Valor & Wick Candle — Shipping Policy (U.S. Drop Shipping)
1. Overview
We work with trusted fulfillment partners and drop-ship directly from our suppliers to your shipping address within the United States. This allows us to offer a wide selection and faster fulfillment. By placing an order you agree that items may ship from multiple locations and arrive in separate packages.
2. Processing Time
- Order processing (verification, supplier handoff): 1–4 business days.
- Custom or made-to-order candles may require 5–10 business days processing.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Transit Time
- Standard Ground: 3–7 business days after processing (most domestic destinations).
- Expedited (2–3 day): 2–3 business days after processing — available for eligible products at checkout.
- Overnight: 1 business day after processing — available for eligible products at checkout.
Transit time begins after the processing period and is estimated by the carrier; Valor & Wick is not responsible for carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, we will email tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
- If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier and supplier.
- For damaged items, keep all packaging and photos of damage — contact us within 7 days of delivery to start a claim and replacement/refund process.
- If a carrier confirms a package is lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund per our availability.
9. Returns & Exchanges
